The Finnish duo Them Shepherds make an interesting hybrid between electro and blues. They released an EP in March on Body to Body which is a part of The New New Sound Of Stockholm together with the labels Peekaboo Music and High Feelings. Tomorrow Body to Body are throwing a party at Tranan Bar here in Stockholm and Them Shepherds are going to perform live together with Pavan, the originator of the so called Skweee sound. There will also be some DJ action by Over The Hill (Kool DJ Dust and Samo). Be there, I'm sure it's going to be great! Check the flyer below for more info:
The guys behind Body to Body has provided us with an mp3 taken from the EP for you to download. It’s rocky and distorted but quite funky as well. The vinyl can be bought at Snickars Records.
