Some really nice competitions Tooli´s got going on there, just wish I could participate. Anyway, I just got some fresh stuff courtesy of the English electronic act OrtzRoka. The guys have been remixing people like Robyn, Peter Bjorn & John, Bloc Party, Dub Pistols and Simian Mobile Disco and with an upcoming rework of the Luke Vibert/Jean Jacques Perry track Vision For The Future (Low Recordings) there seems to be no way of stopping them. OrtzRoka is not only about remixes though, the original track Planets that´s up on their Myspace player is a nice little discofied groover that´ll fit any dancefloor perfectly. Below you´ll find the aforementioned SMD remix and also a nice DJ mix from the guys, download ´em both and be sure to keep your eyes open for OrtzRoka, and their forthcoming album, in the future.

We´ve also got a nice mix from Riva Starr. He´s a name to watch in 2008 and burst into life with releases on Claude Vonstroke's Dirtybird label and Jesse Rose's Front Room Recordings. Following his excellent remix of the Armand Van Helden track Je T'aime, Southern Fried now release Scratch N' Itch. Four tracks of exquisitely crafted Riva Starr music for the dance floor.

Last but not least, the American band Astra Moveo sent us a track that is taken from their upcoming OMNIGRAPH II single. Electric Dreams is a nice little rock/dance track and since the band release all their stuff themselves, in true DIY style, you should support them and by it when you can.
